Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if we grow beyond our plan's limits?

You'll be prompted to upgrade when you reach your team or member limit. Starter supports 1 team and up to 12 members; Professional supports up to 5 teams and 30 members. Limits are org-wide, not per team. Your existing sessions and data are never lost.

Is billing per user or per company?

Billing is per company, not per seat. One flat invoice covers your entire organisation, with no surprises as headcount grows within your tier.
